Discussion:
Why so many cheap bids for majors?
-> With majors respoder is under pressure of possibility of major game with few points. Cheap major bids allow to check this possibility without overbidding. Of course you need to pay the cost, using unsuitable high bids for minors, but such problematic hands are rare enough.
2.4. 1H/S - ?:
1S: 2+Re, 4+S
1NT: 2Re-3LRe, NF, can have FIT
2C: 2+Re, 5+unbid major

raise: 3Re, FIT
2 unbid major: 3Re+, 6+C, GOOD, INV+ or 1Op+, 5+C,GF, deny FIT

game-raise: 1-2Re, 4+FIT, PRE
4NT: RKCB
5C/5D/5H(1S)/5S(1H): 4+FIT, Void in bid suit, ERKCB
Discussion:
-> Why not mini-SPL's or fit-showing jump shifts?
So as not to give info to the OPP, before it is certain we need it ourselves! Pd can still continue with a GTRY, but can also pass or bid game, giving less information to OPP's.

4H/S: 3Re, 6+H/S, to play
4NT: BW
Discussion:
Why 4 cards major xfers?
-> They give you possibility to use them instead of 2C Stayman, when you afraid of lead directing double to it. They also allow NF rebids of Stayman at 3 level of minor.
